All express shipments are processed by 4:00 pm EST and all overnight shipments are processed by 12:00 pm EST. Once an express or overnight order is placed, please contact Snatched Up Beauty, 1-888-671-2911, to ensure we have revived your request.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

The Island of Beauty is not responsible for any fees (custom fees or taxes) associated with your shipment upon delivery, nor can we properly asses those fees. 

RETURN POLICY

NO RETURNS, EXCHANGE ONLY. NO EXCEPTIONS. Please contact The Island of Beauty, 1-888-671-2911, to begin the exchange process. We have very rigorous quality control standards to ensure that our valued customers receive only the highest quality virgin hair. The items must be mailed in their original condition in order for exchange. WE DO NOT ACCEPT ANY MERCHANDISE THAT HAS BEEN COMPROMISED. The item must be unopened, unaltered, unworn, undamaged, uncombed, unbrushed, uncut, unpicked, unwashed, no fingers ran through the hair strands, and all the original tags and packaging must all be included. Items meeting the above standards may be exchanged within 3 days of receipt.
