For exchange, please contact The Island Of Beauty, 1-888-671-2911. We have very rigorous quality control standards to ensure that our valued customers receive only the highest quality virgin hair. The items must be mailed in their original condition for exchange. WE DO NOT ACCEPT ANY MERCHANDISE THAT HAS BEEN COMPROMISED. The item must be unopened, unaltered, unworn, undamaged, uncombed, unbrushed, uncut, unpicked, unwashed, no fingers ran through the hair strands, and all the original tags and packaging must all be included.

If this is a hair product such as shampoo, conditioner, leave-in conditioner, etc., please place all unused products in an airtight bag to prevent spills and/or loss.

Items meeting the above standards may be exchanged within 3 days of receipt.

Once contact has been made with The Island Of Beauty, 1-888-671-291, you will be given a number for product tracking. Once the product is received and it is within standard your refund will be issued in 3 to 7 business days.
